  • 2 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp Pesto
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan Cheese
