  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup red grapes (quartered)
  • 2 celery ribs (diced)
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped tarragon
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken in boiling water for about 15 minutes until fully cooked. Let it cool slightly before dicing.
