  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 4 cloves minced garlic)
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ½1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 16 oz gnocchi
  • 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat butter or olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onions and sliced carrots until tender.
