  • 34 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans (drained, not rinsed)
  • 2 cups broth (beef broth, chicken broth, vegetable broth) plus more as needed

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, then transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same pot, sauté diced onions until translucent. Add spices and tomato paste; mix well.
