  • 0.3 oz sugar-free strawberry Jell-O (1 package)
  • 4 egg whites
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (thawed)
  • ½ cup water
  • For Frosting: ⅓ cup softened butter
  • 2⅓ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
