  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 120g ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (or 1 roma tomato), chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp Tajín seasoning
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until softened. Stir in cheese if using; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the Eggs: In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and crack in the eggs. Cook sunny side up or over-easy. Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Assemble the Bowl: Layer cooked beef in a bowl, top with avocado sprinkled with Tajín seasoning and drizzled sriracha, then add fried eggs. Serve immediately.
