  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pint chopped tomatoes
  • 3 medium peaches, diced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread butter on both sides of each baguette slice and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
