  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed and divided)
  • 14.4 ounces graham crackers
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until fully combined.
  2. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until incorporated.
  3. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with whole graham crackers.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers evenly, then repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
  5. Finish with a top layer of graham crackers followed by the rest of the whipped topping.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
