  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Au Jus gravy mix
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Cube the chicken and mix with olive oil, Au Jus gravy mix, and Ranch seasoning.
