  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 cups Macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the meatloaf mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Gradually add milk until thickened, then stir in seasonings and cheese until melted.
