  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill butter, heavy cream, and eggs in the refrigerator.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chilled heavy cream, one egg, and one egg yolk; set aside.
  3. In a food processor, pulse together flour, sugar, baking powder, chai spices, and salt.
  4. Add cold butter cubes and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
