  • Small baby potatoes
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Sour cream or thick Greek yogurt
  • Finely chopped chives
  • Lemon zest
  • Paprika dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine boneless chicken breasts with chopped herbs, crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Wash baby potatoes and toss them in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
