  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until combined.
  3. Add panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until just combined.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add to the mixture along with chopped parsley.

  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape into an even loaf.
  7. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the loaf pan around the meatloaf.
