  • 3 cups fresh spinach

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp dried basil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
