  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the potatoes clean and prick with a fork. Bake for 60-75 minutes until tender.
  2. While the potatoes bake, cook chicken in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred with two forks.
