  • 1.5 quarts cookies and cream ice cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Chopped Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until combined. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  2. Divide batter into greased 9-inch round pans; bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks.
  3. Assemble by placing one cake layer on a serving plate, spreading half of the ice cream over it, then topping with the second cake layer.
  4. Cover with whipped cream and garnish with additional chopped Oreos.
