  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup (or mushroom)
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, frozen cubed potatoes, both soup cans, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
