  • 1 tablespoon chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
